Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across the district. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager to ensure safe and accurate dispensing, immunization delivery, and high‑quality patient care.

You will travel to stores within the district, oversee operations, and step in as Pharmacy Manager on duty when needed. This role requires strong clinical skills, empathy, and collaboration with the patient care team.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient care and support the pharmacy team.
