Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and high-quality patient care.

This part-time role requires travel within a reasonable radius, regular attendance including nights and weekends, and strong clinical and communication skills to support immunizations, counseling and adherence.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district as needed.
• Oversee the pharmacy and serve as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling for patients.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Provide immunizations and collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve issues.
