CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across a district. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to oversee operations and patient care in CVS stores.

This part-time DSP role requires an active state pharmacist license, an NPI, and the ability to travel. The position emphasizes patient safety, immunizations, inventory control, and collaboration with the healthcare team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Willingness to travel within a reasonable radius to support staffing.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Oversee the pharmacy and serve as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment following pharmacy workflows.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathetic care.
• Support immunization activities and supervise technicians when appropriate.
