Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacy operations and immunization services and supervise pharmacy staff as needed.
