Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist shifts across multiple stores within the district. You’ll support pharmacy teams, oversee operations, and help ensure safe dispensing and patient care while traveling as needed.

You will immunize patients, coach staff, and uphold safety, regulatory, and quality standards. A valid pharmacist license and NPI are required, with travel across the district and weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and immunization practices.
• Support inventory management and coworker development while maintaining patient care and privacy.
