Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing needs.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care across stores.
• Coach and support Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy staff to maintain high service levels and compliance.
• Support immunizations and patient counseling to improve outcomes and access to care.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and safety procedures; protect patient privacy and security.
