Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Provide safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts and cover pharmacist scheduling gaps.
• Deliver immunizations and coach the pharmacy team to do the same.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
