Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a District Supervisor, Patient Access Coordination to lead district-wide patient access operations across clinics in the region. You will hire, train, and coach Patient Access Coordinators, ensuring standardized workflows for referrals, scheduling, and revenue cycle management.

You will monitor KPIs, foster a best-in-class patient experience, and partner with regional leaders to close operational gaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
2+ years in patient access, care coordination, or outpatient healthcare operations.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead staffing, training, scheduling and performance of Patient Access Coordinators within the district.
Coach and develop staff; conduct evaluations and skill development plans.
Cascade regional goals and align with KPIs.
Ensure compliant workflows for referral coordination, scheduling, and RCM readiness.
Monitor district KPIs like visits per evaluation, scheduling completion, and financial clearance.
Collaborate with regional leaders to address operational gaps.
Provide training and onboarding for coordinators; ensure documentation accuracy.
Support change management for new tools and processes.
