Job summary

Kia America is seeking a District Sales Manager to supervise dealer performance, uphold Kia US policies, support advertising and marketing, and ensure consistent brand representation nationwide. The DSM will train dealers, review financials, and drive retail and wholesale growth through strong leadership and negotiated actions.

The role requires frequent dealer visits, travel, and the ability to develop annual sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of OEM/Automotive retail and wholesale experience.
• Business consulting experience; Parts and Service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Retail and Wholesale objectives monthly and annually.
• Direct district sales activities per standards and programs; consult with dealers to improve profitability.
• Consult with dealers to ensure market representation and market share.
• Ensure dealers maintain Kia presence and showroom/display and marketing.
• Recommend and consult with dealers to ensure corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Lead dealer training on product knowledge and incentives.
