Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to support Ohio districts within our Professional Learning team. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, guiding districts through implementation, delivering professional development, analyzing data, and coordinating with internal teams to expand district partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as school/district administrator OR extensive PD delivery experience.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and plan implementation.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts in Ohio.
• Create and implement professional development plans aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD to drive engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage districts and expand opportunities.
