IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in Ohio. You will serve as a trusted consultant, guiding school districts through every stage of implementation and ensuring each district has a clear plan for using IXL aligned to their goals and initiatives.

You'll deliver high‑quality live and virtual professional development, meet with district and school leaders, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to expand

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Strong data interpretation and plan development abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort addressing teachers and administrators.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an implementation expert supporting large, complex districts in Ohio.
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement a professional development plan.
• Build relationships with district stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Travel within Ohio to deliver PD and support implementation.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and next steps.
