Job summary

IXL Learning seeks a District Partnership Specialist to support Kentucky districts remotely from Louisville, delivering professional development and guiding implementation. You will work with district leaders to tailor plans, build stakeholder relationships, and monitor progress, using data to shape next steps.

This is a full-time remote position with travel within Kentucky to deliver on-site PD and classroom support as needed, collaborating with internal teams to expand district partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Must have experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop effective plans.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with their IXL implementation.
• Partner with district leaders in Kentucky to create and implement a professional development plan aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure a consistent implementation.
• Travel within Kentucky to deliver PD, meet with district leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support (40%–60% travel).
• Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot programs and pre-sales opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and plan next steps.
