Job summary

Community Concierge Services is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead a district of valet trash operations. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate recruiting and training, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and service quality across communities.

The role combines evening field leadership with daytime recruiting, payroll, and administrative tasks, requiring travel between properties and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time employees.
• Willingness to travel between properties/markets.
• Strong scheduling and payroll experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection employees.
• Set clear expectations for attendance, safety, service quality, and communication.
• Coach employees, recognize strong performance, and address issues promptly.
• Build backup coverage plans and ensure staffing ahead of demand.
• Own nightly service execution and respond to call-offs and interruptions.
