Community Concierge Services seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead a district of valet trash services. You will supervise hourly teams, recruit and train staff, and manage client relationships while coordinating staffing, scheduling, and field operations.

This hands-on role offers a base salary with a performance bonus and a company vehicle. The position requires evening/weekend availability, travel between sites, and the ability to work outdoors and on stairs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time employees.
• Ability to manage scheduling, attendance, and coverage.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection staff.
• Set clear expectations for attendance, safety, service quality, and communication.
• Coach employees and address issues promptly.
• Build backup staffing plans ahead of service demand.
• Confirm staffing and respond to call-offs and interruptions.
• Visit communities for audits and enforce corrections.
• Help troubleshoot onsite issues and assist with collection when needed.
• Ensure safety gear, supplies, and app access.
