Job summary

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead a district of valet trash services. The role involves overseeing evening field leadership, recruiting, payroll, client communication, and staffing across multiple communities.

You will travel between properties, ensure coverage, and manage relationships with property managers. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with a base salary plus performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time staff in valet trash or field services.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, security, or housing operations.
• Strong scheduling and payroll exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection staff.
• Set clear attendance, safety, and service-quality expectations; coach employees.
• Confirm staffing, respond to call-offs, and cover routes as needed.
• Visit communities for audits and help with collection when required.
• Maintain payroll, service reports, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate new community launches including staffing and equipment.
