Community Concierge Services seeks an Area Operations Manager for our valet trash program in the DMV area. You will lead a team across multiple communities, ensuring service quality, safety, and timely communication with property managers.

This hands-on leadership role combines evening field work with daytime recruiting, payroll, and client relations, requiring travel between properties and markets. Prior valet trash or related field-service leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time employees in valet trash or field services.
• Ability to travel between properties and markets; evening and weekend availability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dependable team of part-time trash collection employees.
• Own nightly service execution; manage call-offs, no-shows, and service interruptions.
• Maintain client relationships with property managers and coordinate district operations.
• Schedule, payroll, and region reporting using company systems.
