Community Concierge Services (CCS) seeks an Area Operations Manager to oversee valet trash operations across multiple properties. The role blends evening field leadership with recruiting, payroll, and client communication, coordinating a district of teams to deliver reliable service seven days a week.

You will travel between properties, arrange coverage for call-offs, and ensure safety equipment and training.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly or part-time employees is valuable.
• Experience managing scheduling and attendance issues is helpful.
• Ability to coordinate with property managers and respond to client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Build and support a dependable team by recruiting, onboarding, and training part‑time trash collection staff.
• Own nightly service execution by confirming staffing, handling call‑offs, and overseeing audits and corrections.
• Manage client relationships and district administration, including payroll, service reports, and documentation.
