Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee district operations, safety, customer experience and efficiency under the guidance of the Territory Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, initiative, and a focus on world-class safety and service. Key responsibilities include managing safety programs, improving customer interactions, coordinating with service teams, and directing staffing and development to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety codes and policies and ability to train employees on safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret district performance reports and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety within the district and enforce safety policies.
• Improve customer experience by proactively addressing issues and supporting the Customer Experience Services team.
• Coordinate weekly productivity and service planning with Service and Delivery Coordinators.
• Direct staffing and development, including performance evaluations and training.
