Compass Group USA is seeking a District Operations Manager for Garden Grove, CA to lead refreshment operations under the Canteen brand. You will work with the District Manager to support business growth and ensure profitability across the district.

The role requires strong financial analysis, presentation skills, and coordination across installations, staffing, and sales processes. Excellent MS Office skills are essential. A 3+ year track record in operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years related experience.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the branch financial performance meets Company and client objectives.
• Optimizes operational productivity and monitors development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
• Interprets and ensures compliance with policies to promote consistent application within the District.
• Assists in scheduling and coordination of new installations.
• Participates in the sales process.
• Identifies regional training requirements for Customer Service Managers.
• Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
