Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations with a focus on operational excellence, customer experiences and driving sales. You will develop and coach a high-performing team, drive company strategies, and ensure safety and standards across properties.

The role offers internal promotion opportunities and a comprehensive compensation package including equity grants, bonuses, and a stock program, plus extensive training across the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams in a retail/ service industry.
• Proven track record of top tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Weekend availability by telephone; 6 work weekends per year during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage and Develop People, Brand Ambassador & Operational Excellence.
• Lead an Engaged Team: Recruit, motivate and retain a dedicated team of customer facing hourly front-line employees; coach on customer service and sales strategies.
• Brand Ambassador & Operational Excellence: Manage assets, vendor management, audits, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
