Aramark in El Paso seeks a Site District Manager to provide leadership, vision, and direction across multiple units within a defined account generating $12-40M+ in revenue. You will drive growth, cost control, and productivity while managing teams and delivering financial commitments.

The role focuses on improving revenue growth, EBIT, margins, client loyalty, and employee engagement through strong leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with 5–10 years in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food & beverage with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills with sound business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent across multiple units.
• Comfortable interpreting contractual requirements and identifying opportunities within contracts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across all levels from frontline staff to leadership.
• Proven success leading in a repeatable business model and driving change.
• Bachelor’s degree generally required; advanced business degree preferred.

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units.
• Coach and mentor employees to achieve defined goals and maintain safety, quality and service excellence.
• Build and maintain client relationships; communicate progress and leverage opportunities to retain business.
• Oversee revenue growth and budget performance; ensure P&L statements and financial targets are met.
• Lead labor and financial initiatives to improve productivity and margins.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, wage and hour policies.
