Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dynamic District Manager to oversee operation and execution excellence across daily living, retail pharmacy, home care, clinics, specialty pharmacy, and other business units within a district. You will coach Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, driving employee engagement, sales, profitability and customer experience while aligning with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of retail management experience.
Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state law, or licensed Pharmacist (RPh) eligibility.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead district operations across multiple stores including front end and pharmacy.
Coach Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers to drive engagement and performance.
Ensure resources to improve store sales, profitability and brand image through proper merchandising and staffing.
Drive customer experience excellence and ensure consistent brand standards across the district.
Collaborate with Regional leadership to execute corporate initiatives and district plans.
