Job summary

CNG Holdings Inc. seeks a District Director of Operations to oversee daily district-wide operations and KPIs across multiple locations. This leadership role builds a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, and development of store associates.

The DDO will travel up to 50% across stores, drive new product/service implementations, and partner with the ROM to monitor performance, marketing, staffing, and compliance. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing operations in a multi-unit environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction within the district.
• Maintain accountability for sales, profitability, and debt management for the district.
• Execute marketing strategies aligned with region and/or Company strategies.
• Monitor store performance progress against established goals.
• Interact with Regional Operations Manager (ROM) on store performance, sales, marketing, operations, staffing, etc.
• Lead implementation of new products and services.
• Perform monthly store visits and audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Engage with corporate business partners.
• Execute people leader duties, such as timecard approvals, performance management, training, and career development.
