Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a District Director of Operations to oversee daily operations and KPIs for multiple locations within a district in Wisconsin.

You will build and retain a high-performing team across stores, including recruitment, onboarding, and development of associates. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance and execution of company strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent time management, organizational, written and verbal communication, problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License with valid automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction within the district.
• Maintain accountability for sales, profitability, and debt management for the district.
• Execute marketing strategies aligned with region and/or Company strategies.
• Monitor store performance progress against established goals.
• Interact with Regional Operations Manager on store performance, sales, marketing, operations, staffing, etc.
• Lead implementation of new products and services.
• Perform monthly store visits and audits to ensure compliance across locations within the district.
• Oversee and facilitate compliance training, monitoring and remediation.
• Engage with corporate business partners.
• Execute people leader duties, including timecard approvals and performance management.
• Other duties as assigned.
