Canteen is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee Micro Market, Vending, and Office Coffee Service accounts. You will partner with the District General Manager to drive financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development across the district.

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a track record in multi-site management, team development, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Strong financial acumen with budget, forecast, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading multiple locations or teams through supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Experience in foodservice, vending, micro markets, or related industries is preferred.

• Support daily operations across Micro Market, Vending, and Coffee Service locations.
• Drive productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor district performance and ensure results align with budgets.
• Analyze metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with local leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Assist with new account installations, market openings, and equipment deployments.
• Collaborate with sales to support retention, growth, and new business.
• Coach and develop customer service leaders to strengthen performance.
