• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience with multiple locations or units.
• Proven experience leading large teams and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for district operations and financial, operational, and customer service objectives.
• Lead and develop a multi-level management team responsible for ~100 associates.
• Drive profitability through P&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs and implement plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures across locations.
• Collaborate with sales/operations to support retention, growth, and new business.
