Job summary

The Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium is seeking a Director of Business Operations to oversee Facilities, Maintenance, Food Service, and Transportation. You will work with senior district leaders to ensure safe, secure environments for students and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising department coordinators, guiding budgeting, coordinating capital improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, accounting, business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of related business management experience.
• Valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Business Manager License or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities & Maintenance, Food Service, and Transportation departments.
• Supervise department coordinators and coordinate personnel needs.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage facility and capital improvement projects, including plans and compliance.
• Coordinate safety compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Prepare annual department budget and monitor expenditures.
