• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency.
• Adjust staffing to ensure adequate coverage and maintain costs.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and documentation.

• Handle deposits and store checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders and ensure accuracy.
