Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations and ensure adherence to company standards and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Recruit, train and develop store management teams; coach and guide leaders.
• Conduct district store visits focused on people, customer service and operational metrics.
• Manage payroll hours within budget and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold Ross HR policies across locations.
