Job summary

Circle K in San Antonio seeks a District Manager to lead multiple stores, drive profitability, and execute promotional programs. You will coach store managers, analyze sales trends, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

This role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication. You will partner with Marketing and vendors, forecast needs, and recruit and develop talent to meet Key Result Areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in use of store equipment, tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store managers, including assistance in recruiting, selection, and orientation processes.
• Forecast requirements and manage annual budgets; analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Partner with vendors to ensure product availability and timely promotions.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
