Circle K Stores Inc. in Pleasanton, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a small team and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise 2+ full-time staff, recruit and train employees, manage tasks, and uphold store standards, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and store processes.
Proficient with basic computer reports, inventory, and cash handling.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

Recruits, hires and trains staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Develops and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and orderly.
