Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in multi-unit retail operations.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must successfully complete alcohol and tobacco compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Drive store financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor budgets, and safety standards.
• Coach store managers, conduct regular performance reviews, and support development.
