Job summary

World Finance is seeking a District Manager to oversee offices, operations, and adherence to policies while driving performance and customer service. You will recruit, train, and develop Associate and Supervisor talent across the district.

The role requires travel within the district and nationally as needed, with a focus on maintaining compliance, controlling expenses, and promoting loan and tax products. Strong Excel/Word skills and licensing are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to travel by car within an assigned district daily
• Ability to travel nationally up to 10% with overnight stays and air travel
• Education and/or Experience: 2+ years managing a branch
• Must be licensed or able to obtain licensing to sell insurance products
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training new associates
• Develop managerial reserve and potential supervisor candidates
• Maintain turnover at acceptable levels (<30% for general associates, <20% for managers)
• Enforce adherence to policy and underwriting procedures
• Ensure district-wide safety, security, and emergency procedure compliance
• Maintain internal audits to 80% satisfactory or better
• Complete written office documentation monthly on each branch during visits
• Complete periodic written visitations
• Control expenses, not to exceed 3% annual growth
• Continually study and apply company policies via Operations Manual
• Promote all products including Tax Preparation
• Other duties as assigned by VP of Operations
