Ally Waste is seeking a District Manager to own the success of your district by leading service delivery across apartment communities, managing a team of Service Valets, and serving as the face of Ally Waste to property managers.

This role blends field leadership with relationship management, requiring on-site time, accountability, and a culture of high performance to earn client trust.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in field operations, service, or facilities.
• Strong communication with frontline workers and property management clients.
• Highly organized and self-directed with multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring on-time nightly valet trash and recycling pickups.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and timely communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Coach and develop team members, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate records across customer, associate, and operational reporting.
• Support new community launches including onboarding coordination.
