Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in facilities/operations with 3+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of building operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, maintenance, grounds, transportation, and safety systems district-wide.
• Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, reliable, and responsive to stakeholders.
• Lead collaboration with administrators, vendors, and public agencies.
