Job summary

BAKERRIPLEY is seeking a Multilingual Instructional Specialist to lead district-wide programs for emergent bilingual students. You will design systems, oversee LPAC processes, and ensure every student receives compliant, effective language support across campuses.

The role also centers on coaching teachers in content-based language instruction, creating a PD roadmap, aligning ELPS with classrooms, and collaborating with ARD committees and partner districts to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in ESL, Bilingual Education, or Educational Leadership preferred.
• Valid state teaching certification with Bilingual or ESL endorsement.
• Experience leading LPAC processes or district multilingual initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to coach adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead LPAC management and district-level compliance.
• Design district-wide Multilingual Handbook and BE/ESL programs.
• Provide PD and coaching for teachers on content-based language instruction.
• Monitor state reporting and data results; collaborate with campuses and partners.
