Job summary

Uplift Education seeks a Multilingual Dual Language Coordinator to lead DL instruction across PK-5 campuses, driving bilingualism, biliteracy, and high achievement. You will coach staff, develop improvement plans, and deliver targeted professional development to advance DL program fidelity.

You will partner with network leaders to share data-driven insights, manage field-level information, and ensure alignment with state standards and Title III compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum of three years in dual language or bilingual education.
• Must have valid Texas Teacher Certification with endorsement in Bilingual Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dual Language instructional delivery across PK-5 campuses.
• Coach teachers and leaders using observations and feedback.
• Collaborate with directors to develop DL improvement strategies.
• Deliver high-quality professional development on bilingual education and culturally responsive teaching.
• Monitor DL program fidelity and data trends for program decisions.
• Coordinate data reporting and inform instructional cycles.
