Nextar Telecom is a Metro by T-Mobile authorized retailer actively hiring a District Manager to supervise assigned sub-dealers and guide store teams to achieve sales targets. The role covers developing strategies, training staff, analyzing market data, and building strong relationships with leadership, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail District Manager role.
• Proven sales experience in telecom/tech or account management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Excellent customer service with focus on relationships.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Korean preferred.
• Experience managing a sales team is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory of stores and oversee daily activities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership, sub-dealers, vendors, support partners, and customers.
• Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
