Job summary

Nextar Telecom seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee Metro by T-Mobile sub-dealer locations and ensure training, support, and program rollouts are executed flawlessly.

You will mentor store managers and sales staff, analyze business reports to identify trends, and lead initiatives to achieve sales goals while building strong relationships with leadership and partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proven experience in sales and account management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring for stores in the district.
• Make disciplinary decisions when needed for store personnel.
• Inspire and engage employees to drive success.
• Develop employees for growth and promotion by delegating responsibilities.
• Coach on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
• Manage a territory of stores and oversee daily activities.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies to hit targets.
• Create and participate in events to support store performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
