Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and optimize sales on the floor and via digital channels.

The role emphasizes inventory management, merchandising standards, and collaboration across departments to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• 2 years of management experience in fashion/clothing environment
• Passion for fashion with strong customer service
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, urgency, and innovative thinking in a changing business environment
• Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration and idea-sharing
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across teams
• Social media, mobile device savvy; MS Office or Open Office skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations
• Provide leadership to drive sales and create positive customer experiences
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team on the sales floor and online
• Contribute to inventory management and order fulfillment
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising and presentation directives
• Manage inventory through shipments and replenishment
