Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail management experience, multi-unit experience preferred.
• Must be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers in equipment, tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes store sales by directing and assisting Store Manager with merchandising programs.
• Manages controllable costs including salaries, overtime, cash, and maintenance.
• Forecasts requirements, prepares budgets, and analyzes variances.
• Evaluates vendor performance and develops partnerships.
• Leads recruiting, selection, and orientation processes for staff.
