Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager for Metro by T-Mobile in Shreveport, LA to lead a high-energy sales team. You will champion a culture of exceptional customer experience, drive sales results, ensure store standards, and develop staff through coaching and training.

Your role focuses on recruiting, coaching daily, managing promotions, inventory, displays, and store operations while delivering on revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.

Every Store Manager should lead by example in regard to sales, store experience, and operations.
