Job summary

Relentless Advantage is seeking a CDS District Manager to oversee CDS operations across multiple Costco locations in the designated district. Ensure warehouses meet standards for sales, customer service, safety and efficiency, and drive growth while managing budgets.

You will lead staffing, build relationships with Costco GMs, and implement Operational Excellence strategies, monitoring performance and coaching staff to ensure policy compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company; or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer CDS operations for multiple Costco locations within a district.
• Ensure locations meet CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Develop relationships with Costco managers and team members through regular in-person conversations.
• Drive business growth by implementing Operational Excellence strategies and managing budgets and staffing.
• Monitor performance, coach and performance-manage event managers, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
