Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a CDS District Manager to oversee the CDS operations of multiple Costco locations within a defined district. You will drive growth, manage budgets, implement Operational Excellence strategies, monitor performance, and ensure safety, compliance, and high customer service across all sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse teams, maintaining staffing levels, and upholding company policies while delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a client-side branded consumer-packaged goods company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising and evaluating performance.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient data gathering and reporting.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.
