Qualifications

• 4+ years as Restaurant General Manager or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in District Manager or multi-unit leadership.
• Valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve high standards across multiple restaurant operations.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, safety, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management staff.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Oversee inventory, supplier contracts, and cost management.
