Sephora is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager in Indianapolis. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations, coach and develop a high-performing team, recruit top talent, and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead with passion, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales and profitability while upholding Sephora’s standards and policies. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays at a bustling retailer location.
