Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Multi-Unit Director for Southern New Jersey in a fast-paced travel and restaurant operation. You will lead multiple QSR concepts, drive guest experience, and oversee daily performance across several units.

This role requires 4+ years in multi-unit leadership (4–6 locations), a flexible on-site schedule (~50 hours/week), and strong team leadership. ServSafe is preferred; benefits include insurance, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of multi-unit QSR/fast food/food court restaurant leadership experience (4–6 locations).
• Proven success leading teams in customer-oriented environments.
• Availability for a flexible, on-site schedule (approximately 50 hours/week) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

• Lead and motivate associates and leadership, fostering an engaging, high-performance work culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all food and beverage concepts.

• Analyze financial and operational metrics, supporting strategies to maximize performance.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with partners in HR, loss prevention, brand management, finance, and maintenance to support business goals.

Multi-Unit Director Requirements & Qualifications
