Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in property management, preferably as Community Manager or Director.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Prepare budgets and property plans with Community Managers.
