Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or related industry.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; professional and ethical conduct.
• Willingness to travel to restaurant locations as needed (85-90%).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to restaurant management to drive guest service and food quality.
• Oversee audits, performance reviews, and financial reporting.
• Promote community engagement and represent the company at events.
• Lead recruitment, training, and succession planning for management roles.
• Ensure security, safety, and compliance with policies.
