Job summary

Prime QSR is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistants across multiple units in Martinez, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, growing sales, and achieving profit goals within Prime QSR's values and policies.

You will drive operational excellence, recruit and train management teams, and ensure strong shift leadership while maintaining brand standards and inventory controls across restaurants.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience with direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Ensure restaurants are fully staffed with quality, friendly teams.
• Teach, train, and coach teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy and Speed of Service.
• Lead succession planning and develop an A-team through training programs.
• Manage district P&L and ensure accurate reporting of numbers.
